The Aurora Institute, formerly known as the International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL), is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing personalized, competency-based education. Every year, the Aurora Institute hosts a symposium that brings together educators, administrators, policymakers, and researchers from around the world to share ideas and best practices in the field of education.

The Aurora Institute Symposium 2023 is scheduled to take place from April 3-6, 2023, in San Diego, California. 5. Research and Evaluation: What are the latest research findings on personalized, competency-based education? How can educators use research and evaluation to improve their practice?

Presentations can take many forms, including workshops, panels, roundtables, and poster sessions. The Aurora Institute encourages presenters to be creative and innovative in their approach to presenting their ideas and best practices.
