Talon Esports’ carry player Nuengnara “23savage” Teeramahanon has done it again.

Last year in March, Nuengnara “23savage” Teeramahanon became the first player to breach the 12K MMR milestone and now he is the first to hit the 13K marker.

His grind on the Dota 2 leaderboards is absolutely insane and his achievements seem almost impossible to be replicated by anyone who has tried the Southeast Asia servers. But while the majority of players, amateurs, and pros alike, complain about how chaotic and toxic the SEA server can be, 23savage is determined to prove that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

As confirmed to GosuGamers by 23savage himself in an interview we did with him at TI11, when he calibrated for the first time on the SEA server, he had just 3,500 MMR. From there, he climbed constantly, and in 2020 he reached the 10K milestone.

A few months after hitting 10K, 23savage became the second player to climb to 11K, just 10 days after his regional counterpart, Abed “Abed” Yusop has done it first.

After 11K, 23savage won the race for the next milestones and ends the 2022 year as the first player to boast 13K MMR. He’s done it by spamming some of the heroes he told to us in Singapore that everyone should play if they want the rank up. Morphling, Faceless Void, and Terrorblade are his top choices, and for those who struggle with these, 23savage also recommends Naga Siren.
