Atomic Heart – the unusual first-person shooter which is blending a bit of everything, from DOOM to BioShock – sure looks pretty on a supercharged PC. Developer Mundfish has released this footage exclusively as part of a cross-promotion with NVidia, showcasing the game’s crazy raytracing, powered by GeForce RTX.
In this trailer, it’s using DLSS 3 technology to retain performance without sacrificing image quality, and as you can see – well, it just looks extraordinary. The reality is that the PS5 version probably won’t look this good – and the PS4 port definitely won’t – but there’s more than enough imagination in the art and gameplay to make up for it.
It’s always looked a little odd this one, but we’re here for its alternate history action. Will you be powering through it come 21st February?
