International journal of blockchain law - GBBC: International Blockchain Law JournalThe GBBC’s Legal & Regulatory Group is pleased to announce the release of Volume I of the International Journal of Blockchain Law (IJBL). IJBL is an open access online journal of blockchain law, written and edited by lawyers, and designed to help business and non-legal communities better understand blockchain and digital assets.

The inaugural volume of the IJBL includes an article by U.S. Securities and Exchange (SEC) Commissioner Caroline Crenshaw on “DeFi Risk, Regulations, and Opportunities,” as well as articles on the viability of crypto securities in the U.S., legal disputes involving Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), and smart contracts.
