Excited by the chance to take a trip to the Red Planet? You may not be after you take in the latest trailer for Deliver Us Mars. It looks to be even more hostile than we ever imagined.

Deliver Us Mars is the sequel to 2020’s brilliant narrative-driven sci-fi adventure of Deliver Us The Moon, set to release come February 2nd 2023 on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC (both Steam or Epic) via the Frontier Foundry and KeokeN Interactive teams.

It’s set a decade after that original game and sees us following Kathy Johanson as she heads off to Mars, all in search of ARKs – the most powerful vessels which contain the technology needed in order to reverse climate change. That’s not her only reason for planet exploration though – her father, Isaac, may well be up there.

Playing out as a puzzling explorative adventure in which the narrative will play a huge role, Deliver Us Mars will open up the secrets of the ARKs. Or at least that’s the hope.

The thing is, navigation through this world will not be easy, with many dangers awaiting. The most prevalent of those may well be the environmental hazards at hand – hazards which are found in the latest trailer. You’ll also find it dishing up some hints to why the story’s mission is the only way to save humanity.

You’ll find the Deliver Us Mars trailer below.

Deliver Us Mars will release on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC come February 2nd 2023. Expect to pay around £24.99/$29.99/€29.99 for the Standard Edition (Xbox Store link for you), while the PC-only Deluxe Edition featuring the base game and the original soundtrack will be available for a suggested retail price of £29.99/$34.99/€34.99.

We’re super excited for this one. What about you? Let us know in the comments.
