Alright, here we go! Just like last season’s recap, I kept track of the Top 10 after every single bet results were inputted, so now we can see just how fierce the competition truly was. I hope you all enjoy going on this journey as much as I did while making it.

At the conclusion of GSL Code A Group A, our #1 was Shellshock.

Unfortunately, Shellshock wasn’t able to enjoy that 1st place spot for very long. After the GSL Code A Group B match concluded, Elentos swooped in and stole the spot from him!

Elentos enjoyed that 1st place spot for a bit, but his joy was short-lived. He was overtaken by BeaTeR at the conclusion of Group D’s matches.

pSht enjoyed that 1st place spot for a bit, but his joy was short-lived. He was overtaken by Linko_66 at the conclusion of Group E’s matches.

King of Battles: KB International Championship Ro8 Match 1

After a ton of back and forth during the GSL group matches, Linko_66 was our LB champion for quite a while… Until they finally lost the spot to last season’s champion, OsaX Nymloth. Cure took down Serral and gave OsaX the push needed to take back the #1 spot!

Unfortunately, OsaX Nymloth couldn’t even enjoy that 1st place spot, because they were instantly overtaken by koldorei at the conclusion of Rogue vs TY.

Unfortunately, koldorei couldn’t even enjoy that 1st place spot, because they were instantly overtaken by rtomic at the conclusion of Zoun vs Clem.

rtomic was actually doing pretty well in that 1st place spot, but they were eventually taken down by Spanky at the conclusion of Cure vs TY.

Spanky was doing really well for a while. They didn’t lose the #1 spot until we got back to the GSL. Does everyone remember when Armani pulled off an upset and took down Zest? Our new #1, samsim sure remembers…

Welcome back to #1 koldorei! TY took down Stats and gave koldorei the points necessary to dethrone Spanky.

DH SC2 Masters 2020 Winter: Korea Play-Ins Match 2

The DH Masters Play-in match brought forth a brand new champion. Everyone, say hello to esReveR! INnoVation took down DongRaeGu and that also led to koldorei’s take down as well.

Looks like koldorei won’t be satisfied unless they’re at #1. TY taking down Maru in the grand finals allowed koldorei to come back to #1 for the third time!

I really wish koldorei would just keep that #1 spot… It’d make my job way easier… Alas, life is not simple like that. Dark taking down ByuN meant koldorei once again losing the #1 spot. At the conclusion of this match, jjmmtt became our new #1.

FFS… Someone please just keep the #1 spot! Dark losing to TY unfortunately took down jjmmtt and allowed Antyee to become the new LB #1.

Yup… Yet another switch. This time, long time veteran and well known LR frequenter DarkPlasmaBall took the #1 spot. Trap took down sOs and gave us a new LB #1.

MajiN1 was actually doing pretty well. It wasn’t until the Super Tournament that we got a new #1. INnoVation eliminated Solar from the ST and also allowed KappaKingPrime to become our new #1.

KappKingPrime was absolutely killing it. They held that #1 spot for a quite a while. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to keep it. Zoun pulled off a huge upset and eliminated former world champion Zest, and it resulted in mderg taking down KKP.

KappaKingPrime wasn’t satisfied at not being #1. Reynor taking down Stats gave KKP the right amount of points needed to reclaim the top spot!

Nope. Spoke too soon. A new #1 has arrived! ZigguratOfUr believed in Reynor over Dark and their belief paid off big time!

There’s a reason as to why liquibets are known as incredibly unforgiving. Just one wrong vote can cost you the championship… Unfortunately, for mderg, they made the wrong vote during the grand finals and voted for Zest instead of Reynor. Meanwhile, ZigguratOfUr made the right call, voted for Reynor, and ended up winning the whole thing at the very last minute with their final vote!

Wooooooooow!!! That was a long ass journey… And I’m exhausted… So let’s check out our final Top 10 first before we congratulate our champion!
