Logitech announced Thursday that it will expand on its competition for disabled gamers that ran in the fall of 2020.  Last fall Logitech and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Beyond Entertainment and Challonge partnered with AbleGamers Charity, Adaptive Action Sports, and Mount Sinai to put together the  Logitech G Adaptive Esports Invitational, a private invite-only esports competition designed for participants with disabilities. The event featured six teams competing in a single-elimination 2v2 Rocket League tournament.

Logitech will begin releasing a series of videos that explain how the event came together and what stakeholders and participants learned from it.

This fall Logitech will expand the competition to the public in “select regions,” with further details about the event to be announced. Once again, Logitech will partner with gaming charity AbleGamers, Adaptive Action Sports, and Mount Sinai, with the event being organized by Beyond and competitions run by tournament platform Challonge.
