The Washington Justice takes 10th place in our Overwatch League 2021 power rankings.
The Overwatch League 2020 Season was rough for the Washington Justice. The team ended up in 19th place, out of 20 teams. But a new Overwatch League season is coming and with it a brand new roster for the Washington Justice.
Washington Justice 2021 Roster Preview
Tank:
- Tae-sung “Mag” Kim
- Seong-Wook “Ria” Park
- Jun-ho “Fury” Kim
The entire tanking line of the Washington Justice is new for the Overwatch League 2021 Season. Tae-sung “Mag” Kim played two years with RunAway, winning the Overwatch Contenders 2018 Season 3 and 2019 Season 2 Korea, as well as the NetEase Esports X Tournament 2018 Winter, 2019 Spring, and 2020 Summer. Mag is the only main tank player of the Washington Justice for the Overwatch League 2021 Season.
Seong-Wook “Ria” Park is coming to the Washington Justice for this new season. After winning the Overwatch Contenders 2018 Season 1 Korea with X6-Gaming, Ria joined the Overwatch League with Hangzhou Spark. The team placed 4th in the Overwatch League 2019 Regular Season and Playoffs but struggled more in 2020. Ria will now wear the colors of the Washington Justice.
Completing the tank roster of the Washington Justice is Overwatch League Champion Jun-ho “Fury” Kim. The off-tank player won the Inaugural Season with the London Spitfire and then snatched the trophy of the Overwatch World Cup 2018 with Team South Korea. Following a rough 2019 Season with the London Spitfire, he joined the Philadelphia Fusion on their way to the Grand Finals of the Overwatch League 2020 Season.

Support:
- Hui-chang “BeBe” Yoon
- Won-sik “Closer” Jung
The two support players of the Washington Justice are also new to the team. Hui-chang “BeBe” Yoon comes to the team from the Hangzhou Spark, just like off-tank player Ria. BeBe mainly plays flex support heroes, like Ana or Zenyatta.
The team also signed another Overwatch League Champion on its support roster. Won-sik “Closer” Jung handles the main support heroes for the Washington Justice. He won the Inaugural Season alongside Fury with London Spitfire, before joining Dallas Fuel for the 2019 Season.
DPS:
- Ho-sung “TTuba” Lee
- Gui-un “Decay” Jang
- Tae-hee “Jerry” Min
- Sung-won “Assassin” Kim
Ho-sung “TTuba” Lee is signing for one more year with the Washington Justice. He joined the team last season, as the Washington Justice turned from an international roster to a South Korean one. As the team’s flex DPS player, TTuba helped the Washington Justice reach third place in the Overwatch League 2020 North America Playoffs.
Gui-un “Decay” Jang joins his third Overwatch League team in three seasons. He took part in the Overwatch League 2019 Season with Los Angeles Gladiators before signing with Dallas Fuel for the 2020 Season. Decay joined the Washington Justice last August, contributing to the team’s podium in the North America Playoffs.

Another experienced Overwatch League player joins the DPS roster of the Washington Justice: Tae-hee “Jerry” Min. Jerry previously played with Boston Uprising. Unfortunately, the Overwatch League 2020 Season was not the best for Boston, who ended up finishing in last place during the Regular Season.
The last signing for the Washington Justice 2021 roster is Sung-won “Assassin” Kim. He previously played with RunAway, winning the Overwatch Contenders 2019 Season 2 Korea and NetEase Esports X Tournament Summer 2020.
Washington Justice 2021 Power Rankings
The Washington Justice signed a solid roster for the Overwatch League 2021 Season. Hui-chang “BeBe” Yoon is known for being an in-game leader, calling the shots for his teammates. Gui-un “Decay” Jang is one of the best players in the Overwatch League, and a great addition to the Washington Justice. Assassin and Mag both join from RunAway and performed great during their time in the Overwatch Contenders.
Overall, the Washington Justice 2021 players are flexible, being able to switch on various heroes. Adaptation is key in the Overwatch League, and having flex players is a must-have to rank high during the season.
The brand new roster of the Washington Justice is promising and should perform well this season. The Washington Justice might not yet have the shoulders to win the crown this year, but can definitely hover in the middle of rankings.
