The PlayStation Plus line-up for August 2021 has some real diversity, allowing you to sharpen your fighting skills in a battle royale arena, take on local fauna with a peashooter, and serve the perfect ace on the tennis courts.
Here are the PS Plus games for this month, which will be available to download from August 3.
Hunter’s Arena: Legends
This battle royale game has been available on Steam for a little while now, but the Hunter’s Arena: Legends release date actually coincides with its PS Plus launch for both PS4 and PS5.
Hunter’s Arena: Legends borrows elements from RPG games and puts them into a battle royale setting, allowing players to take on both real-life players and AI in a series of 1v1 and 30-player brawls.
Tennis World Tour 2
If you love a bit of Wimbledon each year, you’ll love Tennis World Tour 2. This game, which is available to both PS4 and PS5 users, allows you to play as the world’s top players in a quest to master each and every surface in the competitive tennis circuit.
You can play singles and doubles games both locally and online.
Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
Ready to kick some grass? In this third-person shooter, players will be able to take part in plant-on-zombie conflict on the outer edges of Neighborville in a series of objective-based game modes.
With 23 customisable gameplay classes and split-screen local multiplayer, expect to enjoy this free game more than you’d like to admit.
