The annoying Roze skin in Call of Duty: Warzone will undergo adjustments

When it comes to staying safe from your enemies, nothing gets the job done quite like good camouflage. That is what plenty of players have been doing in Call of Duty: Warzone, donning the Roze “Near Dark” skin to confuse other combatants. Although there are technically no bonuses for wearing the skin, Roze’s black suit makes it incredibly hard for others to see you in Verdansk. Needless to say, this has caused quite a furor in the Call of Duty: Warzone scene.

There have been calls for adjustments to this skin since the end of last year. However, both Infinity Ward and Raven Software have been sitting on it. In a new statement, Raven has finally addressed the issue. An upcoming update will see Roze undergo some adjustment, alongside more weapons balancing.

What that adjustment entails is still up for speculation. It is likely that Roze will be made more visible on the battlefields of Call of Duty: Warzone. For now, it is best for you to adjust your brightness settings to stand a chance.

That said, using the Roze skin is not cheating. Players are just utilizing what the development team has put out there. Unfortunately, that is not how the rest of the community looks at it.

Wardrobe malfunction

Many have expressed a strong inclination to hunt down players who don the Roze skin in Call of Duty: Warzone. Due to the frustration of constantly getting killed by someone who can blend into the background, I understand the sentiment.

As competitive shooters heat up, such issues will likely continue to rear their heads. Every advantage counts when you are looking for that split-second drop on other players. If all it takes is just using a skin to get the upper hand, most players will choose that option.

For now, we will just have to sit tight for the adjustments to be made to Roze in Call of Duty: Warzone.
