Registration is now open for the second in the “Towards a Deeper Understanding” series regarding SEPs in China. This next session will focus on “Concurrent Litigation and Jurisdictional Competition”, including the “hot” issue of anti-suit injunctions. Our discussion will be held on August 30 from 4:30-6:00 PM PST. The panel will be moderated by Prof. Hao Yuan. Speakers include: Prof Vivienne Bath, University of Sydney; Judge Andrew Guilford (ret.); Chief Judge Song Jian, Jiangsu High Court (ret.); Shan Jiao, Lifang & Partners; and David Kappos, the former Director of the USPTO and now a partner at Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP.
