The second edition of the book, Rethink Creativity: How to Innovate, Inspire, and Thrive at Work was released today and can be found on Amazon și, în several other book stores. Autor Monica H. Kang is a creative workplace expert and Founder & CEO of InnovatorsBox. Reflecting on the immense changes in the world since the initial publication, Kang shares more stories, strategies, and thought-provoking questions that all leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs can use to upgrade their routine and how they lead their teams.

In addition to more content, the second edition includes playful, original color illustrations to inspire readers how to rethink creativity in their daily routine. Kang intentionally crafts her stories, design, and games with accessibility in mind as she inspires readers from all backgrounds to find creativity and hope in their own way. She also released an audiobook, narrated by Kang, for the first time featuring muzica originala by InnovatorsBox Studios. She is also reinventing a mini animation video for more readers to learn creativity easily.

The book is highly personal and directly connects with Kang’s journey as a Korean American, starting her early career working in nuclear forensics. Out of her story, the book provides actionable advice in using creativity to tackle many of the “grey area” issues in the workplace such as treating employees as “people,” finding your authentic voice in a job, working curiosity into your life, and more.
