Julie Beavers
Julie joined Aeris House Properties with extensive knowledge and love of the valley from her lifetime experiences as a multigenerational Arizona native. She has fond memories of her father’s real estate signs throughout the East Valley, which initiated her curiosity and eventual developing a real estate career. Julie earned her Bachelors of Science from Arizona State University and spent years as a nurturing labor and delivery nurse, supervisor, and manager. She is a people person who enjoys working with her clients to guide them through wonderful and yet sometimes challenging or complex experiences. Making your home ownership and investment dreams a reality is her expertise. World travel with her husband, nature walks and hiking, yoga, the art of quilting, and service in her church and community are what bring Julie enjoyment.
Rainie Collins
Rainie Collins comes from a long line of real estate agents. She believes she inherited her love of real estate from her grandparents and dad who all enjoyed successful real estate careers. Rainie’s experience working with her family staging and decorating homes gives her a keen professional eye on how to make a home look its best, to attract buyers, and facilitate a quick and successful sale. Rainie has experience working with buyers and sellers all over the valley and has worked with clients looking for a range of price points from starter homes up to higher-end homes. She brings dedication and attention to detail to each Real Estate transaction she facilitates. As an Arizona transplant, Rainie has lived in the valley for 12 years and has come to love this desert and considers herself, home. In her spare time, Rainie enjoys fitness, travel, spending time with her husband and two children, and writing novels.
