Source Node: 1720362

Summer is officially over, and we’ve entered Rocktober. That means it’s time to warm up your hands and participate in four epic contests in Unplugged this month! Unplugged’s setlist of over 30 rock songs (including two music packs) is getting louder with four new indie tracks, celebrating artists who, just like Unplugged’s developers Anotherway, chase their ambitious dreams with a rock and roll mindset. Rock out to a new song every week, compete with other rock legends on the global leaderboards, and unlock new guitars, picks, and more!

Feel like a rockstar in this one-of-a-kind air guitar game that makes the most out of Quest’s immersive hand tracking, and rock out to four new indie rock songs over the following weeks. Free to all Quest owners of the game, these tracks are released as weekly challenges, offering cool in-game unlockables like guitars and picks—and even a goodie pack to the weekly top three players. The tracks will remain in the game indefinitely, but you only have a limited time to collect those unique guitars and picks. So check out these challenges with their own rock track, unique guitar, and other items you can win, and get rocking!

  • Challenge 1: Eddie Grey – Hideaway: October 3 – 9
  • Challenge 2: The Sound Room – Against: October 10 – 16
  • Challenge 3: The Final Round – Spark: October 17 – 23
  • Challenge 4: Vitne – Say Goodbye: October 24 – 30

An overview of all the rewards and rules can be found on the Unplugged developer post. Besides the new indie rock songs, Unplugged lets you rock out to some of the best songs from world-famous rock bands, including The Offspring, Weezer, and Ozzy Osbourne, using just your hands. With two additional music packs including heavy classics from Pantera, Muse, and Rob Zombie among others, you’re in for an epic rock performance experience! If you haven’t entered the stage just yet, you can jump into rock stardom right now on Quest for $24.99 USD.
