Daniel Smith was raised in Austin, Texas, and has strong ties within the community. He attended college at the University of California-Santa Barbara and then taught English in Granada, Spain for a year before heading back to Texas. He studied law at the University of Texas School of Law and for his final year of law school, Attorney Smith attended the University of Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain where he received an L.L.M.
He has held the position of Associate at the firm for nearly 4 years. During this time he has successfully represented many injured clients through very difficult experiences or situations.
