After one week, thousands of rounds, countless heart-in-mouth moments, and 24 teams leaving the competition in the dust to qualify for Rio, the Regional Major Ranking events have concluded, reminding us why we love the game and the opportunities its open circuit provides.

We have collected the best shots that HLTV.org’s photographers Josip “⁠brcho⁠” Brtan and Radosław “⁠MAKKU⁠” Makuch took throughout their stays in Sweden and Malta, capturing the euphoria of success and frustrations of defeat of the teams trying to book their ticket to Rio.
