biotech Group Acquisition in a regulatory filing said its withdrawing an initial public offering for 7.5 million units that were to be priced at $10 each.

The SPAC initially registered an offering of 10 million units in April 2022, later reduced to 7.5 million units in an amended registration statement filed last June.
