Clearstream, a global
post-trading services provider, has announced the extension of its partnership
with iCapital, a global fintech platform. This collaboration aims to reinforce
the alternative investment marketplace for the wealth management industry by
enhancing efficiencies and addressing operational challenges associated with
investing in private markets.

The extended partnership between
Clearstream and iCapital will facilitate broader access to a diverse range of
private market investment opportunities offered by some of the world’s foremost
asset managers. These opportunities, available through iCapital Marketplace,
will now be accessible via Clearstream Fund Centre and Clearstream Vestima
platforms.

This expansion builds upon an
existing relationship where €10 billion of iCapital funds are already invested
through Clearstream. The enhanced collaboration is poised to benefit
Clearstream’s Fund Services ecosystem, which comprises over 450 distributors,
including major wealth managers and private banks, across more than 55 domestic
markets worldwide. Notably, Clearstream serves customers in over 100 countries.
