CookieRun: The Darkest Night – Chapter 1 adapts the popular mobile series for VR this month on Quest.

Developed by Devsisters, CookieRun: The Darkest Night – Chapter 1 is an episodic release split across three chapters. You play as GingerBrave, a newly baked cookie armed with a candy cane as you explore a witch’s castle to eventually defeat The Darkest Lord. Featuring puzzles, mini-games and 11 different locations within the castle, you can check out gameplay below in a new trailer.

In Chapter 1, players will engage in various gameplay, including battles, puzzles, and mini-games, based on 11 distinct themed spaces and stories scattered throughout the castle, such as the bakery, laboratory, forge, and Gnome Square, in addition to the 7 types of cookies like Alchemist Cookie and Wizard Cookie, 3 pet companions, as well as fellow characters who assist in escaping the castle, like the gnomes and jelly bears. Players will also be able to meet new adversaries that hinder their progress.
