Organise all your tasks in one place!

A good plan is the foundation of any successful crowdfunding campaign, and Trello allows you to visualise it in a simple and interactive way. Create boards of tasks that need to get done, invite team members to view and edit and track your progress along the way.

You can also keep lists of things to remember and link out to a multitude of supported platforms to keep all your information up-to-date. Use it for a variety of different workflows and see how much more efficient it makes you!

Create visually-striking designs, gifs and videos to share about your campaign!

What did we all do before Canva? Spent way too much time sourcing images for a particular campaign or post, or had to rely on your friend that knows Photoshop and were left scratching our heads over why our designs simply didn’t compare to others online.

Enter Canva, a one-stop-shop for all your image creation, design needs, presentations, social media and so much more! You can choose from their seemingly endless templates for inspiration, transform your still images into moving GIFs or video for that added pizzazz, and even create engaging designs for posters, press-releases and logos.

Link your social media followers to all the important things!

This is an amazing free tool for using one link in your social media bio to connect your followers with multiple links to relevant websites, other social media accounts and, yep you guessed it, your Pozible campaign!

Fairly self-explanatory, the free version of this tool allows you to curate a list of external links that will let your followers click through to any external websites that you choose. Customise the order, appearance and content of your links and unlock the power of the link in bio.

Schedule your social media posts ahead of time!

This tool is your saviour for time-management and not getting sucked into social media during your workday. It allows you to schedule all your posts for the various platforms you have accounts on, and plan all your content ahead of time. Import your images or videos (that you’ve just made on Canva), set the date and time to publish and write a caption to go along with it.

There are plenty of different platforms to be publishing content on these days, and Buffer allows up to three connected social media accounts on the free plan. If you do want to connect more, or see more in-depth analytics of your activities, you can upgrade to a paid plan or try their 14-day trial!

Alternative: Later (great for Instagram scheduling and visual planner!)

Manage your Facebook & Instagram pages and run effective ads!

Here’s a tool that is as powerful as you want make it, with the ability to create and publish Ads, build custom audiences to target, review current reports on your social media performance and optimise your output for best results.

Facebook has a number of resources on how to get started with Business Manager and Ads Manager if this is all sounding foreign to you, or you can reach out to our experienced Pozible team for further assistance.

Store all your campaign collateral in one place, make it easy to share and access!

This may be an obvious choice to some, but we had to include this super handy tool that is our workhorse for shared files and collaborative documents. I’m sure you’ve heard of the biggest search engine in the world, but the same guys also make a number of handy tools like Google Sheets (for keeping track of your data), Docs (for planning and collaborating on written content) & Forms (a simple survey solution). Google Drive is the place where you can store them all along with all your campaign collaterals (images, video, PDFs) and let the right people see and edit them.

Set up a shared folder, invite your teammates to collaborate, share documents with other parties or stakeholders with ease and much more. We recommend organising your crowdfunding creative materials into different folders for easy access during your live campaign.
