After establishing an official partnership with UFC, Crypto.com is ready to support the latest Ethereum London upgrade. The platform will ensure the update goes through seamlessly by shutting down ETH transfers on August 5th.

The London mainnet upgrade comes with multiple new upgrades and features. It is set to go live after reaching the block height of 12965000. With the latest announcement, users are looking for an extensive Crypto.com review to understand its operations.

Once the update goes live, the platform will suspend all ERC 20 tokens (USDC, USDT, etc.) and ETH deposits and withdrawals. The transactions will stay shut for both Crypto.com’s app and online exchange. The platform will restrict the operations around 2 hours before the network reaches its target block height.

Users should note that it will not affect the ERC 20 tokens and ETH trading. However, Crypto.com is assuring the users that its executives will closely monitor the development. It will quickly resume withdrawals and deposits after the network stabilizes. Crypto.com has provided an official section to check the updates – status.crypto.com.

July proved to be a fantastic month for the exchange as it joined hands with UFC. The platform also created history by becoming the first crypto platform to earn the EMI (Electronic Money License) from MFSA (Malta Financial Services Authority.)

Crypto.com is releasing its Cronos testnet, also referred to as the EVM chain functioning parallel to Crypto.org Chain. The platform is also integrating Chainlink Price Feeds for its Defi apps. Moreover, it added 17 new crypto alternatives for users to top-up cards. Crypto.com even made considerable strides in the NFT sector and is now supporting ETH’s latest update. At the current pace, the platform will outperform its competitors in no time.
