The 22-year-old will leave the team at the end of the season and explore other options.

Danny “cxzi” Strzelczyk has announced his decision to step down from the Nouns roster and to look for a new team. A report by Dust2.us states that the 22-year-old might still play for the team in the ESL Challenger League Season 43 North America playoffs starting on December 13 and that the team is “in talks on the matter.”

The move marks Nouns‘ third roster change since the IEM Rio RMR. Dominick “JazzPimp” Dimpfel moved to the bench and Jeorge “jeorgesnorts” Endicott completed a transfer to EG Black, and the duo were replaced by Carson “nosraC” O’Reilly and Christopher “cJ” Jones.

cxzi is on his way out of Nouns

cxzi joined the team in August when they were still a part of Gaimin Gladiators before getting dropped by the organization, only to be picked up by Nouns in September. The team attended the IEM Road to Rio 2022 Americas RMR under the new organization and exited the tournament with a 2-3 record, following a defeat to Imperial in the 2-2 pool.

Nouns are set to take part in the ESL Challenger League Season 43 North America playoffs after finishing the regular season with a 6-1 record, as well as CCT North America Series 2, where they will face Villainous in the Round of 16.

After cxzi‘s departure, Nouns are:

United States Christopher “cJ” Jones
United States David “cynic” Polster
United States Brendan “Bwills” Williams
United States Carson “nosraC” O’Reilly

Canada Kory “SEMPHIS” Friesen (coach)
