Highly accomplished in their lines of work, Chialastri and McWilliams will share how to identify new audience opportunities and persona development and how to utilize this for content mappings across all channels in their session, ā€œSecret Sauce: Right Audience, Right Message, Right Channel,ā€ on April 13. A key focus will be on deep CRM segmentation and automation to increase conversion. Attendees will gain insights and omnichannel strategies that result in revenue growth and increased brand value for their organization.

Chialastri has played an instrumental role in helping to raise funds for some of the agencyā€™s largest causes and works seamlessly across the Moore enterprise to develop and deliver cohesive direct response and marketing strategies. Chialastri brings more than 15 years of broad agency experience within the nonprofit, commercial and government sectors to this session.
