eToro lists AAVE, COMP, YFI and MANA. The global investment platform and leader in social trading has launched four new crypto assets’: Aave, Compound, Yearn and Decentraland.

The brokerage now lists 23 tokens in total as it seeks to compete aggressively in the crypto markets, where it has steadily built up a reputation for ease of use and for its innovative ‘copy trading’ features that let anyone on the platform copy the trades of others, providing they are set to public.

The latest four additions to the eToro crypto line up fill in some notable gaps in its offerings, namely in the DeFi and NFT space.

Aave (AAVE) is a decentralised exchange that enables traders to swap coins directly one for the other without the intermediary layer found on centralised exchanges. AAVE is the governance token of the network. Ranked 26th, $352.

Compound (COMP) is a lending protocol and recently announced the launch of its Gateway chain which expands its operability beyond Ethereum, enabling cross-chain collateralisation of loans. Ranked 48th, $397.

Yearn.Finance (YFI) isa yield farming protocol. It allows users to easily seek out the highest yields available in real time from various DeFi In addition to third party protocols, interest-bearing products can also be built on Yearn.Finance. The protocol also includes insurance as well as yield aggregation. YFI is the governance token. Ranked 54th, $46,525.

Final addition Decentraland (MANA), is a virtual world platform in which users can buy and sell land in a virtual world. The world is growing fast, with events being held by high-profile individuals as well as brands. Users buy and sell digital real estate using MANA, the native token of Decentraland.
