First Republic Plunges 26%, $100 Billion Withdrawn in March

First Republic bank, which came under intense pressure following the collapse of the Silicon Valley Bank last month, saw as much as $100 billion withdrawn in about two weeks.

“As of March 9, 2023, total deposits were $173.5 billion”, the Bank said in a statement. “Total deposits were $102.7 billion as of April 2021.”
