Following the release of the major Genshin Impact (Free) 4.0 Fontaine update “As Light Rain Falls Without Reason” on iOS, Android, PS5, PS4, and PC platforms, HoYoverse has revealed 4.1. Genshin Impact 4.1 will see Fontaine expand to the North, add two new playable characters, a poetry festival, the continuation of Fontaine’s Archon Quests, and more. The Genshin Impact 4.1 update release date is set for September 27th, and the update is titled “To the Stars Shining in the Depths. The two new playable characters are Neuvillette and Wriothesley. Anniversary rewards will also be coming when the update arrives. Pre-installation will likely go live a few days prior on mobile and PC platforms as usual. The PC version is available on the official website here and the Epic Games Store. If you play on iOS, with iOS 14.5 or iPadOS 14.5 and later, you can use PS5 and Xbox Series X|S controllers to play Genshin Impact.
