Back in 2017, I wasn’t the high achiever or crypto expert or business expert people know me for today.
I was a normal school boy just living life (or what I thought was life). I was in JSS2(class 8) at the time. I didn’t do anything crazy or inspiring. I was just there.
But I had this friend — His name is Bernard. He played football excellently well. He was a winner. I too did okay and was a winner too but I wanted to win in football and sports like him.
I tried my best, but he always overachieved and I wasn’t happy about that, at all. I wasn’t happy, not because he was winning, but because I wasn’t winning too.
We were friends, close buddies so when I get back home by 3 in the afternoon, I’ll chat him up, but I saw he was never online at that time. When he comes back online, he’ll stay for a few minutes or an hour or two and then go off.
I asked him what’s up and he told me what he usually does at that time. I finally understood now…
This guy, immediately school closes, he would reach his home, change up and go for football training. Bro seriously had a coach and was doing tough workouts and training sessions and he was JUST 13. He would train from 3:30 to around 5pm and that was not all.
Remember I said he’ll come online later and stay for a few then go back off…
Again, THIS GUY was training by 12am when his mates are sleeping or watching SpongeBob.
He said he trains by 12am too. Read carefully!
12AM!!!
It was surreal to hear that. The amount of work he puts into that stuff.
He said he had a dream and unlike many others, he demanded the results from himself.
I Forgave him after this and I took deep inspiration from those actions and began to implement it in my life.
That’s why I’m where I am now and that’s why I’ll get to where I’m going to and on to the next!

😂 haha, football still didn’t work out for me though although I’m still a nice player.
Bernard is still the boss of that one(see that consistency! We’re in 2021 and he’s still on top)
But look at me here writing a copy by 1am to share with my audience and to inspire them to be great.
