Any Seafood x2 Any two of Clam, Crab, Festive Squid, Lobster, Oyster, Scallop, Shrimp or Squid can be used here. The best options are Clam, Oyster, and Scallop, which can all be gathered from the ground in Dazzle Beach.
Shrimp Can be caught by fishing in blue and white pools in Dazzle Beach.
Tomato Can be bought from Goofy’s Stall on Dazzle Beach (Sometimes), or grown from Tomato Seeds, which are available from Goofy’s Stall on Dazzle Beach after upgrading it once.
Any Vegetable Any of the 18 available Vegetables can be used here. For the most part, these can either be purchased directly form Goofy’s Stall or grown from Seeds bought from Goofy’s Stall.

Firstly, you can eat it to receive a minimum of 2,114 Energy: an easy way to activate your Well-Fed bonus even later on in the game. Secondly, you can turn it in as part of the quests Act of Care and Dinner with a Friend, which require 1 and 2 bouillabaisse respectively. Finally, you can sell it for a minimum of 529 Star Coins.
