You will want to head here on the map.

Once there you will have to clear some enemies out. These guys are high level, so be ready for a fight. Also there is a mini boss there as well. Clear them out then do a ping to find the bells. Go over to the bells and we can start.

The left side starts the top and is 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. The right side is 2, 4, 6, and 8.

You want to hit bells 8, 5, 3, 4, 5, 1, 2, 4 in that order. This will trigger a song that will spawn a chest near you. If you can’t find it, use your ping to help locate it. I also had a bugged quest here, like something was supposed to be on the floor but wasn’t there. Maybe it is a bug.
