Latest E3 2021 Schedule Information

E3 2021 is only a few weeks away so you may have some questions about it. We have you covered with the latest news and updates.

Aside from the schedule, new information comes out all the time so here’s what we know.

LATEST – EA Play NOT In E3 2021 Schedule?

The powers that be, and everyone at Electronic Arts, has just announced that they’re bringing back EA Play Live on July 22nd, 2021. While this is great news, it doesn’t exactly fit with the E3 2021 schedule.

What gives, right? We thought EA was going to be at E3 2021!

Well, they still might be. We don’t have a complete picture below, but we do know that they are rumoured to still be appearing at the end of the event.

We can only assume that the EA presentation at E3 2021 is going to be a bit lighter, with EA Play offering us deeper dives on any upcoming titles.

June 12

June 13

• UNKNOWN – The PC Gaming Show, from PC Gamer
• UNKNOWN – The Future Games Show, from GamesRadar

June 14

• RUMOUR – 09:00 PST / 11:00 EST / 16:00 BST – EA Play Live

E3 2021 is going to take place over several days, from June 12th to June 15th, so there’s plenty of announcements still to come! We’ll make sure we keep this updated as and when more information is revealed.

LATEST – Square Enix, Gearbox and more are Attending

In a late addition to the roster of companies that will be there, a few were announced just recently. These include

• Verizon
• Gearbox
• Turtlebeach
• Binge
• Xseed
• Square Enix
• Devious Eye

E3 Start Date & Duration

E3 announced in a tweet on April 6 that this year’s event will be taking place from June 12 until June 15.

Several of the world’s leading video game companies are already signed up, such as Nintendo, Xbox, Ubisoft, PC Gamer, and many more!

Sony/PlayStation are still nowhere to be seen, though, and you can read more about that here.

Konami Pull Out

Recently, Konami has announced that they are pulling out of E3 2021 due to “timing” issues.

This is a shame, but Konami has said that news will be coming in the following months so we should still hear something about any new projects from the studio in some sort of relative future.

How To Watch

E3 2021 will be available for free to stream to your device. It will be available both through an online portal and a mobile app.

There will also be live streams available on company-specific YouTube and Twitch channels.

E3 claims that this new virtual experience will be hyper-interactive and pave the way for future years.

E3 2021 Schedule

Ubisoft

Ubisoft is coming to E3 2021, hosting their Ubisoft Forward show on June 12 at 12pm PST (3pm ET/8pm BST).

PC Gamer & GamesRadar

This year, PC Gamer and GamesRadar are combining to host their PC Gaming Show and Future Games Show, both taking place on June 13.

Both of these shows will be streamed live through the PC Gamer YouTube channel and the GamesRadar Twitch Channel.

Nintendo

Nintendo will be hosting their annual E3 conference again this year with the exact date and time still to be confirmed.

Historically, Nintendo holds a press conference at 9 am the Monday before the event starts. They usually host their showcase on the Tuesday of E3, which will be June 15 this year.

Xbox

Exciting things will be happening during the Xbox showcase this year. As Microsoft has bought Bethesda, it is likely we will see what is coming up for the game studio during the Xbox presentation.

There is still no official date or time for the Xbox conference but we know it will be taking part at E3 between June 12-15 this year.
