This is a cooking related event. Xiangling and Keqing will have be the protagonists from Liyue Harbor. We can see from the leak that you need 1000 event material to get the reward.

Kujirai Momiji is an Inazuma Fisherwoman, who has as a mission to catch the legendary fish called the “Lunar Leviathan”. She will attempt to do this with the help of Paimon and the Traveler.

The rewards seem to be a Fishing Rod. It’s also possible that the final reward is the “Tuna Sword” (Yes, a tuna that you can use as a sword).

Mendacious Waves

The new patch will introduce the Hydro Hypostasis. These bosses with the shape of a cube that control one element. The pyro one was introduced on Genshin Impact 2.0 version.

This boss will drop artifacts and ascension material to level up hydro characters, For those who are planning to pull Sangonomiya Kokomi from the upcoming banners.

Note: Most of this event has the Ritou Escape Plan Quest as a requirement, so make sure you have this mission accomplished before you try it!

There are rumors about La Signora coming to the game as a new boss in the next patch. However, for now, this is just unconfirmed rumor.
