Madden 24 PC – Will the next title come with next-gen gameplay?

There are still a few more months worth of content to come on the current title, but we’re looking ahead to what Madden 24 will have to offer us!

If you’re a fan of playing the game on PC then you’re in the right place, as we give you all the latest information regarding Madden 24 on the system.

Madden 24 Release Date

Although nothing has been officially announced yet, we have a pretty good idea of when Madden 24 will drop.

Madden 23 released on Friday, 19 August 2022, and we predict that Madden 24 will have a release date of Friday, August 18.

This would perfectly align with the timing used in recent years, with Madden 23 and Madden 22 both having a worldwide launch on the third Friday in August.

We can also expect that Madden 24 Early Access will be on the table as well as an EA Play Trial, each of which could deliver the game as early as Tuesday, August 15.

Madden 24 on PC

PC users have been left frustrated in recent years as next-gen features such as the FieldSENSE gameplay system introduced in Madden 23 haven’t been included on the system.

While those on the two next-gen/current-gen consoles of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox X|S have gained updated animations and physics across the board, players on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 have remained stuck with the previous year’s gameplay engine.

Although nothing has been said about the PC version gaining next-gen gameplay, it is promising that EA rolled it out for the PC version of FIFA 23, so we can only hope they will do the same with Madden 24.

Cross-play

Cross-play is another thing on the wishlist for Madden fans, allowing you to play online with or against people on other platforms.

Once again, fans were left disappointed in Madden 23, with cross-play not included in the title.

However, there is hope once again that could change in Madden 24, with EA bringing cross-play to the FIFA franchise for the first time in the most recent title.

There was a stage of testing cross-play in the FIFA title from the year before it was fully rolled out, something we are yet to see in Madden.
