What’s New?
Monster Hunter Rise is the follow-up to Monster Hunter World. Although World made an appearance for Xbox and Playstation it never made it to Switch consoles. On the release of Rise, it was vice versa. If gamers play Monster Hunter World then Monster Hunter Rise won’t be too far off in comparison.
Without a doubt new weapons. armor and new monsters new worlds can be expected. In terms of how the game is played however is expected to stay somewhat identical to its predecessor.
Multiplayer
Monster Hunter Rise will be featuring multiplayer. While there is no crossplay or cross-progression there will be cross-generation. This means that Xbox Series X/S players can play with Xbox One users and PS5 can play with PS4

Monster Hunter Rise is set to release on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One on January 20, 2023. The title is only available for digital download. For Xbox Gamepass Subscribers, the game will be available on day one for free.
