Located on 77.44 acres at Mirriwinni, the vast acreage property is listed for offers over $1.5 million with the Cairns Property Office.

Bordered on two sides by national park, the property boasts an elevated “Main House”, which was built in about 1998.

It features timbers inside and out, soaring ceilings, a dining room, kitchen and separate formal lounge.

There are two separate wings, with the first home to a main bedroom with a walk-in robe, ensuite and a gym or office, while the other has three bedrooms, an office, main bathroom and laundry.

The “Club House” and attached original “Farm House” are surrounded by infrastructure for the previously run horse riding school with a dressage ring and stables and old horse trails throughout the rainforest.

But let’s talk about that motocross track.

Another key feature of the property is Pughes Creek, which offers a swimming hole and a waterfall.

There is no public access to the creek.

Council currently leases a lot above the waterfall from the owners for the local water supply.

Mirriwinni is approximately 15 minutes from Innisfail and 45 minutes from Cairns.
