PepperLime Health Acquisition announced that it will liquidate, being unable by March 19 to complete either a business combination or a sponsor sale as previously considered.
Shareholders are expected to receive approximately $10.93 per share from the trust after payment of taxes and up to $100,000 of interest to pay dissolution expenses by March 22.
The SPAC expects that the last day of trading on the nasdaq will be March 21.
PepperLime missed its original completion deadline in January and had said that Feb. 7 would be the last day its shares would trade on the Nasdaq.
The SPAC raised $150 million in an October 2021 IPO with plans to target companies at the intersection of technology and consumer health and wellness. Read more.
