According to the news in the South Korean media, the Terra LUNA raids started by the prosecutor’s office the other day continue. Finally, on Wednesday, it was stated that the house of Daniel Shin, one of the founders of Terra LUNA, was also searched.

It was stated that the raid carried out by the teams affiliated with the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor’s office was made due to the research conducted to determine whether fraudulent activities caused the Terra LUNA collapse.

As it will be remembered, the raids that started the other day extended to Korea’s major stock exchanges such as Upbit, Bithumb, and Korbit. In June, the Prosecutor’s Office also imposed a travel ban on many Terra LUNA employees.

THEIR EXACT WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN

On the other hand, it is noteworthy that Shin and the other co-founder, Do Kwon, still have not entered South Korea in this sense. It is known that the duo recently moved to Singapore, but neither Singaporian nor South Korean authorities have made a statement on this issue.

In the early stages of the prosecution’s investigation, it was stated that Kwon could be asked to come to the prosecutor’s office to testify individually. Still, there is no such official request yet.

Tax evasion allegations against Kwon and Shin are also being investigated.
