Someone bought 5% of Nordic … Disclosure of Large Shareholding – Nordic Semiconductor ASA –
On 08 June 2021, one or more of CGC’s management companies acquired 198,452 shares of the Company, resulting in a shareholding amounting to 5.067% of total voting rights and 5.067% of total share capital.
I’ve read this a few times now, what does this really mean, and why does it need to be written like this?

The Apple AirTag uses the Nordic nRF52832, so maybe this is related to this, not sure.
