Starfield gives its players the opportunity to choose traits to assign to their character as soon as you start the game for the first time. One of these traits is the Dream Home trait which allows you to visit a customizable and luxurious home with which you will begin your adventure in the game universe. How to visit the Dream Home in Starfield

In order to visit your home, you will have to follow some steps which we will explain in detail. First of all, the first thing to do is to choose the Dream Home trait when you are creating your character since it is the only one that allows you to visit the house later. It may seem trivial, but it is better to repeat it to avoid running into unpleasant misunderstandings. Once you have chosen this trait and completed the creation of your character, you are ready to follow the next steps.

If you intend to visit your home, complete the first two main missions of the game, so that you can meet Sarah Morgan, one of the main characters and one with whom you can have a love relationship. This will cause a side quest called “Dream Home” to appear in your menu. At this point, select it to find a fast transport point to the Olympus System and then Nesoi.

However, keep in mind that the planet Nisoi will not be available on your Starmap if you are too early in the game. What you can do is select the Olympus System and then draw a line of waypoints. So, travel to Narion from Alpha Centauri and then head to Olympus. Once you get there, zoom out on your map to see all the planets and select Nesoi (it’s the planet that looks similar to Earth).

At this point, once you are in orbit, all you have to do is look for your home on the surface. When you find it, land and head towards its direction (it’s the only building near the landing point, you can’t miss it): you have found the Starfield Dream Home location. However, keep in mind that the first time you visit it you may have to pay 500 credits, so make sure you have some.

How to pay the Starfield Dream Home mortgage

While having a beautiful luxurious home can be an interesting thing for players, you must remember that owning a luxury home is not a simple thing. Not even in Starfield. In fact, you will find yourself with a debt to pay of 125,000 credits. However, while the amount of money may be scary at first, Starfield is generous when it comes to credits, so it won’t take long before you manage to accumulate the aforementioned sum.

To pay your debt, all you need to do is activate the “Dream Home” secondary mission from the mission menu. Once this is done, you will see that one of the objectives of the mission is to discuss your mortgage with an NPC that you will find in New Atlantis. Consequently, the first thing to do to pay your debt, after activating the mission, is to go to New Atlantis to Landry Hollifeld.

Once you arrive in New Atlantis, head to Galbank, just in the southwest area from where The Lodge is located. It is not very difficult to find as it is located in a building with a green facade, therefore very recognizable. Once you arrive in this building, go talk to Landry, who will show you the various options you have for paying your debt. It is important to know that if you intend to pay your debt to this NPC you will have to be in possession of the entire sum of money, otherwise you can opt for the solution of paying it in small sums every time you visit your Starfield Dream Home.
