Super Mario Run just received a new update with version 3.2.0.
The main part of the update indicates Nintendo has added feature for an event. What exactly that means, however, is unclear.

Nintendo surprised fans at the end of last year with the version 3.1.0 update which added a special event based on Super Mario Bros. Wonder. The company hadn’t done anything substantial with the title in years, so it was certainly unexpected. You can read more about version 3.1.0 here. Note that while not mentioned in the patch notes, it’s possible that today’s update cleared out data for the Mario Wonder promotion as that just ended today.
Super Mario Run is available on mobile via iOS and Android worldwide.
