Having previously announced his retirement after resigning as National party leader, Todd Muller’s political career has been resurrected with a promotion and appointment to the climate change and agriculture portfolios.
The formerly unranked Bay of Plenty MP, now at 12 on the party list, has held both portfolios before but at different times.
