Tower Arch Capital has sold branded footwear business KNS International to Centre Partners Management.
The US-based company provides men’s and women’s shoes and boots to retailers and e-tailers through a tech-enabled e-commerce and drop shipping fulfillment model.
David Parkin, a partner at Tower Arch, said, “Our experience with KNS is representative of Tower Arch’s commitment to helping family and founder-owned businesses reach their next level of growth and success while delivering superior returns to our investors.”
Utah-based Tower Arch closed its inaugural fund in 2014 on its revised hard cap of $255m.
It followed that with a $450m final close of its sophomore fundraise in 2019.
The firm targets control positions in entrepreneur and family-owned businesses with revenue between $20m and $150m.
Earlier this year Tower Arch rehired David Calder as a principal from mid-market buyout house The Halifax Group.
