Vitalik Buterin Adds New Section To Ethereum’s Technical Roadmap

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has come up with additional features to the network’s technical roadmap. The Ethereum roadmap is basically prepared to improve censorship resistance and Ethereum’s decentralized network.

As per Vitalik’s new plan there is a section called Scourge that is added along with the already existing – the Merge, the Surge, the Verge, the Purge and the Splurge. After the Ethereum network transferred to Proof of Stake (PoS) network on September 15. The network is currently in the Surge stage as it aims to hit 100,000 transactions per second. The Scourge will now be the third stage on the upgraded technical roadmap. Scourge will focus on providing reliable and credibly neutral transaction inclusion to avoid MEV risks.
