Fortnite Jujutsu Kaisen Release Date Revealed

The leaked Fortnite Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration now has an official release date, per Epic Games.

Images began circulating Twitter this past weekend of possible Jujutsu Kaisen skins coming to Fortnite at some point in the near future. The second season of the popular anime series is currently airing, and a crossover with Fortnite is the perfect way to celebrate the new episodes.

Epic Games has a history of bringing anime characters to life in Fortnite. They recently launched a successful Attack on Titan crossover, bringing Eren Yeager to the Chapter 4 Season 2 Battle Pass and ODM Gear to the Battle Royale. Now, Jujutsu Kaisen will be the featured anime collaboration of Fortnite WILDS.

So, when can we expect the Fortnite x Jujutsu Kaisen crossover to drop?

The Fortnite Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration will be released on Tuesday, Aug. 8 as part of Fortnite update v25.30. Epic Games confirmed the date when they dropped a teaser for the sorcerers coming to the Battle Royale next week.

The short video confirms the following Jujutsu Kaisen characters will be featured in Fortnite:

Players can expect matching cosmetics to drop along with the skins, possibly in a Jujutsu Kaisen Battle Pass, similar to the Star Wars Battle Pass from Chapter 4 Season 2.

When update v25.30 goes live, the new collaboration will likely replace the Futurama skins currently in the Item Shop.
