OG is currently undergoing a massive overhaul, searching for its fifth and final player to join their CS:GO roster. While earlier reports pointed towards experienced Polish rifler Michał “MICHU” Müller being the only candidate for the final slot, a new report by Cybersport.pl states that the 17-year-old Israeli entry fragger Shahar “flameZ” Shushan might also be a possible choice as the fifth permanent player for OG. The European organization would need to make a quick decision as they are scheduled to play at the upcoming BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2021, from 13 April 2021 onwards, leaving them with barely a week’s time to practice with their new CS:GO roster.

OG might sign 17-year-old Israeli star to CS:GO roster

FlameZ who currently plays for a British esports organization called Endpoint is being scouted as a potential fifth and final player by OG’s CS:GO lineup. Following the departure of both Issa “ISSAA” Murad and Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt, OG announced a rebuilding phase a couple of weeks ago.

Their first change was to promote Danish rifler Nikolaj “niko” Kristensen from a stand-in position to a permanent player for the side, leaving just one more empty slot left to be filled out. Till now reports were coming in stating that MICHU would be the final player to join OG, but now the situation seems to have changed.

If OG decides to sign flameZ, this will be the Israeli player’s first big break after having played with Endpoint for around 7 months. Having prior experience playing in a mixed lineup, it should not be a big problem for flamez to adjust to OG’s roster. The player came under the spotlight when 4 out of the top 20 HLTV players for 2020, recommended flameZ as a player to watch out for.
