Atlus has released a gameplay video for the first 50 minutes of Persona 3 Reload. It’s uncut footage, showcasing what is essentially the game’s prologue, as the main character arrives at his new dorm in Iwatodai. If you’ve played any previous incarnation of Persona 3, then you already know how things go…

Just to be clear, there’s nothing new in this part of Reload — it all unfolds just as you might remember — but you’ve got to admit, this is looking like a truly gorgeous remake. Atlus has utilised Unreal Engine for Reload, and it seems to have worked out incredibly well. The character models are crisp, and the art direction is immaculate.
