As the name implies, FC 24 Ultimate Birthday is the birthday bash Electronic Arts has thrown to celebrate the 15-year legacy of the Ultimate Team mode. Unlike FUT Fantasy, these cards won’t level up, but their boosted 5-star skill moves or weak foot make them highly desirable. Therefore, they could be valuable additions to your squad.

Superstars like Inter Miami’s Lionel Messi (a monstrous 94!), Manchester City’s Kevin de Bruyne (a dominant 93!), and Tottenham’s Son Heung-Min (a clinical 91!) all received incredible new cards under the Ultimate Birthday campaign. These elite players do come at a premium, however, as Messi’s Ultimate Birthday card was a staggering 14 million coins on the secondary market as of launch night! FC 24 Ultimate Birthday Icons

Ten legendary icons have received massive upgrades in the Ultimate Birthday promo, with even more to come throughout the event. Leading the charge are Dutch maestro Ruud Gullit and French hero Thierry Henry, both boasting a monstrous 94 overall rating! Brazilian icons Carlos Alberto (a rock-solid 93 RB) and Socrates (a creative force at 92 CAM) have also joined the party with mouth-watering stats.

Players With Double Ultimate Birthday Items Explained

FC 24 FUT Birthday offers some players double the options. Stars like Karim Benzema and Bukayo Saka have two unique cards to choose from, each with a specific strength to elevate your squad. Need fancy footwork? Grab Benzema’s card with 5-star skill moves. Prefer a dominant weak foot? Go for his alternative option. The same goes for Saka, Rose Lavelle, Insigne, Rodrygo, Gosens, and Felipe Anderson.

Birthday Magic Evolution Breakdown

The FC 24 Ultimate Birthday campaign introduces Birthday Magic Evolution, a brand new Evolution option to personalize your squad. For free, you can create your own custom Ultimate Birthday item, complete with 5-star Skill Moves, Flair, and the Rapid+ trait. These are the player requirements:

Birthday Magic Objectives

Level 1

• Complete three matches in any gameplay mode, ensuring your active EVO player is part of the action.
• Score twice with your active EVO player in Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions) on at least the Semi-Pro difficulty level.

Level 2

• Take on three opponents in either Rivals or Champions mode, ensuring your active EVO player is involved in each match.
• Beat your opponents in three Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions) matches, ensuring your active EVO player contributes to the win on at least the Semi-Pro difficulty level.

Level 3

• Complete 4 Rivals/Champions matches with your active EVO player.
• Win three matches in Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions) mode on at least the Semi-Pro difficulty. Each victory must come with a lead of at least two goals.
• Make four assists with your active EVO player in Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions), with the difficulty set to at least Semi-Pro.
