It would appear that one of the events in the story is a fight against Kieran and Carmine’s grandparents, Yukito and Hideko, in Scarlet and Violet.

There is an encounter with both of the grandparents as part of the main story, seemingly. Their names, according to the information present on Bulbapedia, are Yukito (for Grandpa) and Hideko (Grandma). Their teams are below:
